Keysight is a major contributor in communities where we operate, and actively
encourages our employees to get involved in local and global volunteer
efforts. In addition, we support numerous charitable and educational
organizations through philanthropic activities.
Keysight's worldwide community programs tangibly demonstrate the company's values and commitment to corporate social responsibility. In communities where we operate, we contribute through company grants, employee volunteerism, public policy and community partnerships in the areas of science education, health and human services and workplace giving. Programs and initiatives include:
- An annual Employee Giving Program that provides employees the opportunity to support a broad range of eligible nonprofit organizations, and have their donations matched dollar-for-dollar by the company
- Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education and outreach programs
- Local contribution programs that support nonprofit, non-governmental and educational organizations focused on science education in the communities where Keysight does business
- Keysight After School, a company funded, hands-on science program that offers life, physical and earth-science experiments delivered by Keysight employee volunteers for children between the ages of 9 and 13 years
- Supporting employee participation in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) International organization
- Earth Day and World Environment Day support within Keysight and our local communities
- An employee volunteer program that offers employees 4 hours of paid time off each month for approved local community volunteer efforts
