Keysight Technologies Unveils Leaner, Two-Module In-Circuit Test System at IPC APEX EXPO

What:

Keysight Technologies will unveil its new two-module, E9905EL i307x Series 5 system, in a leaner, smaller footprint at IPC APEX EXPO 2017 (www.ipcapexexpo.org) on Feb. 14.

Keysight's technical experts and application engineers will demonstrate its ICT test and functional test portfolio, including the following:

• The E9988EL in-line 2-module in-circuit test system
• The U9403A mini in-circuit test system and collaborative ReThink Automation robot, Sawyer
• The x1149 desktop boundary scan analyzer
• The TS-8989 automotive body and functional test reference solution

Keysight presentations, held at the Assembly Processes for Lead Free and Tin-Free session, room (1B), from 3:30 — 5:00 p.m., will include:

• A discussion of the expanded use of boundary-scan testing beyond the typical manufacturing test to capture structural defect on components and devices in a printed circuit board assembly—presented by Jun Balangue, Keysight business development and brand manager.

A discussion of the impact of early design review for enhancing testability and optimization of test strategy in boundary—presented by Sivakumar Vijayakumar, Keysight technical marketing engineer.
