The Keysight M9290A CXA-m PXIe signal analyzer provides the industry’s first modular stimulus response measurement solution with four new tracking generator options for 3, 7.5, 13.6, and 26.5 GHz. It allows you to fulfill the tasks for component characterization while meeting your demands in shrinking test footprint and budget. Vector signal analysis capabilities are also added on the CXA-m by the N9064A VXA X-Series measurement application or 89600 VSA software.
