Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) today announced that Anite operations will continue in the same manner as before the acquisition, including use of the Anite name. Keysight completed its acquisition of Anite on Aug. 13, 2015.
Key areas will remain uninterrupted, such as the existing Anite website, sales force and support teams. Both Anite operations, Network Test and Device & Infrastructure, are covered by the announcement.
"Anite products will be sold and supported as they were prior to the acquisition," said Guy Séné, Keysight senior vice president, Measurement Solutions and Worldwide Sales. "Anite has a winning formula. That's why we are pleased to have acquired them".
