SANTA ROSA, Calif., May. 23, 2018

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS), a leading technology company that helps enterprises, service providers, and governments accelerate innovation to connect and secure the world, today announced that Ixia’s Vision ONE and Vision 7303 network packet brokers have achieved NAIP Common Criteria certification in the U.S.

Common Criteria is an internationally recognized set of guidelines (ISO 15408) which define a common framework for evaluating security features and capabilities of Information Technology security products. Common Criteria allows vendors to have their products tested against a chosen level by an independent third-party testing laboratory. The U.S. government mandates Common Criteria certification of security products for federal purchases.

"Common Criteria certification signifies that the Vision ONE and Vision 7303 network packet brokers meet the stringent security requirements of U.S. federal agencies," said Recep Ozdag, vice president, product management in Keysight’s Ixia Solutions Group. "This accomplishment demonstrates our continued effort to strengthen product security and reinforce our position as a trusted supplier within Federal and Regulated Industries requiring high levels of product security and information assurance."

Ixia’s Vision ONE and Vision 7303 network packet brokers have received Common Criteria certification as well as the previously completed validation process for NIST’s Federal Information Processing Standard 140-2 (FIPS 140-2) and the Department of Defense Information Network Approved Products List (DoDIN APL). The Vision ONE and Vision 7303 network packet brokers enable high performance intelligent visibility across physical and virtual networks, including traffic aggregation, filtering, secure socket layer (SSL) decryption with data masking, deduplication, and application identification. The Vision ONE network packet broker is an all-in-one that fits within a single rack unit, while the Vision 7303 is a high-density device providing modularity and scale for large deployments.
