Introduces enhanced E6950A eCall Conformance Test Solution for Next Generation Emergency Call System

Keysight E-Mobility Solutions

  • Test control and management for systems and laboratory for the entire development and production process of an energy storage device.
  • Modular test environment for EV and EVSE charging systems from mobile use to comprehensive application in the laboratory.

Keysight Autonomous Driving Solutions

  • Automotive radar testing solution performs analysis and generation of automotive radar signals across full frequency ranges for legacy 24GHz, and new 77 GHz and 79 GHz bands.
  • Radar target simulator provides a fast, accurate and reliable test solution for product test engineers that balances throughput and quality, and enables design and verification engineers to quickly validate the performance of their radar products.

Upgraded E6950A eCall Conformance Test Solution

In addition, Keysight will be introducing the company's new, upgraded E6950A eCall/ERA-GLONASS Conformance Test Solution which supports 2G, 3G and 4G based emergency call systems and offers the ability to test eCall over LTE, which is referred to as Next Generation eCall or NG eCall.

Current eCall systems are based on 2G and 3G cellular networks. However, European operators are planning to phase out 2G cellular networks and shift to next-generation (NG) 4G technologies. The Keysight E6950A eCall solution modern, multi-cell, multi-format base station emulator that simulates a Public Service Answering Point (PSAP), emulates a cellular network, and provides Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) coordinates required by the In-Vehicle System (IVS) to compile the Minimum Set of Data (MSD).

Keysight Establishes Test-as-a-Service EMC Lab in Boeblingen, Germany

Keysight also announced a new EMC test lab at the company's Boeblingen facility to provide next level of test service leveraging decades of technical expertise. A world-class product compliance and testing laboratory, it offers expertise, knowledge, efficiency, capacity and exceptional customer service to EMC testing for automotive products.
