Supplier Resources

Keysight Technologies, Inc.'s relationships with suppliers are of great strategic importance. Common sense, good judgment, and the highest standards of integrity will be used in working with our suppliers. The results Keysight Technologies seeks will not occur from random sourcing or from selecting suppliers solely based on competitive quotations. It will result from making the correct selection of suppliers, and then working closely with them in specific areas to improve quality and productivity.

The basic strategy for establishing these "working relationships" is through the establishment of mutual performance expectations and measures, feeding back the results, initiating corrective actions to ensure continuous performance improvements, and over time, rewarding the best with the opportunity for more business through new R&D products and product transfers.

Responsible Business Alliance (RBA):

  • Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is the world’s largest industry coalition dedicated to supply chain responsibility. Our customers routinely require that Keysight adheres to the RBA industry best practices in social, environmental and ethical standards.  As a company that focuses on customer insight and value creation, Keysight had committed to employing a global business framework of ethical, environmentally sustainable, socially responsible operations and being an affiliate member of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), formerly the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC). Keysight Commitment Statement is publicly published in July 2018.
  • Keysight’s Suppliers play an important role as enablers of our success and sustainable growth. We expect Suppliers to adhere to RBA Code Of Conduct which is available in more than 25 languages.
  • The RBA Code of Conduct is a set of social, environmental and ethical industry standards which many Keysight global customers flow down to their Suppliers.  Keysight is committed to making progress toward the RBA Code of Conduct compliance and encourages our first-tier suppliers to do the same.  Wherever possible, we will seek to adopt the RBA approach and tools in practical ways in the spirit of the industry’s common goals.  Suppliers are expected to complete RBA Self-Assessment Questionnaire and accept RBA Audit conducted by a third party or Keysight employee when requested by Keysight.
